Full access to all of Metafile's Support Website areas and associated services is restricted to Metafile customers with current software maintenance agreements. For all others, limited access will be granted.

Every time you access Metafile's support website, you will be required to log in. Your user name will be your email address.

Metafile requires that all passwords meet the following requirements:
1. They must not be based on your organization's name.
2. They must be at least eight (8) characters long. (They can be longer than eight characters.)
3. They must contain characters from three of the following categories:

• Uppercase letters A-Z
• Lowercase letters a-z
• Numbers 0-9
• Special characters (such as !, +, #)
